⛳️ Requirements

• **Overview:**

• This position oversees the creation of business-to-consumer acquisition content, including websites, direct mail, email, and social media, while continuously optimizing and enhancing the customer experience. It involves generating content based on data-driven insights for consumer acquisition.

• **Key Responsibilities:**

• - Develops business-to-consumer content from initial concept to final execution.

• - Collaborates with stakeholders to consolidate product information and create innovative content.

• - Produces detailed briefs for new asset development that incorporates top-performing messaging, legal considerations, optimization learnings, KPI requirements, target audience, deliverables, and budget expectations.

• - Utilizes analytics and performance data to craft and refine marketing strategies, enhance response rates, and improve client experiences across various marketing tactics.

• - Reviews internal and competitive data, alongside marketing research, to provide recommendations for designing and refining the go-to-market strategy.

• - Develops creative test-and-learn initiatives aimed at improving response rates or reducing costs while enhancing client experiences.

• - Manages the complete lifecycle of the assigned creative library; Makes data-informed decisions regarding utilization, performance, timing, and the existing market assets.

• - Evaluates results to guide future optimizations through social media posts, display banners, video, search copy, direct mail landing pages, and email campaigns.

• - Directs projects with key stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to produce high-performing assets.

• - Leads regular cross-functional meetings to collaborate, achieve alignment on strategic direction, provide project status updates, assign responsibilities and deadlines, prioritize tasks, make recommendations, and take full ownership of the creative and strategic direction of content within assigned channels.

• - Keeps up-to-date with the latest trends in direct mail, digital marketing, and content best practices.

• - Offers recommendations to stakeholders and integrates best practices into marketing initiatives.

• - Regularly monitors competitor insights.

• - Creates unique, account-specific assets that deliver tailored messaging to targeted audiences.
