• Collaborate with top healthcare organizations to enhance value through strategic technology deployments, data utilization, and change management initiatives.
• Act as the technical lead on Marketing Cloud implementation projects, partnering with Lead Consultants and Architects.
• Oversee platform-level construction and configuration, manage daily support for Managed Services accounts, and handle ongoing requests and platform upkeep with minimal supervision.
• Create, test, and launch email campaigns, journeys, automations, and audience segments within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, showcasing the capability to independently manage campaign execution and platform setup.
• Expertise in essential Marketing Cloud studios: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.
• Proficient in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for creating dynamic content, executing data extension queries, and automation logic.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect and integration patterns with Salesforce CRM.
• Knowledge of data extension management, audience segmentation, and best practices for subscriber lifecycle.
• Understanding of email deliverability, compliance with CAN-SPAM/CASL regulations, and management of sender reputation.
• Active Salesforce certification is required: either Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Administrator at a minimum.
• Experience in managing client-facing support engagements, which includes ticket triage, adherence to SLAs, and communication with stakeholders.
• Capacity to work autonomously, prioritize tasks across multiple accounts, and function with minimal daily supervision.
• Excellent written communication skills; capable of leading client calls and providing status updates without senior support.
• Additional Marketing Cloud certifications are highly preferred (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer).
• Experience in supporting clients within the Health & Life Sciences sector, including knowledge of HIPAA data handling requirements.
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) for reporting and analytics across channels.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud or Service Cloud in relation to Marketing Cloud integration use cases.
• Experience with managed services or consulting models based on retainers.
• Comfort with Agile/Scrum environments and utilizing project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Salesforce cases).
• Previous experience at a Salesforce consulting partner or systems integrator.
