This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, enhance, and oversee NeuraFlash’s Marketing Cloud Next practice, which includes service offerings, methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
• Lead, recruit, and nurture the Marketing Cloud Next delivery team, encompassing headcount planning, capacity management, skill identification, and talent acquisition.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing leadership to design reusable assets, accelerators, and industry-specific solution packages.
• Formulate and enhance the go-to-market strategy, including packaging and pricing, while enabling sales and delivery teams.
• Work alongside the CEO, Sales team, and Salesforce practice leadership on pre-sales initiatives.
• Build and utilize a Salesforce network to drive pipeline and uncover opportunities.
• Act as a subject matter expert during discovery sessions, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes.
• Facilitate discovery and business process workshops.
• Assist Solution Engineering and Sales during estimation and proposal stages.
• Conduct competitive analysis and develop perspectives on Marketing Cloud Next.
• Serve as a senior member of delivery teams, collaborating with project managers and solution architects.
• Act as an executive sponsor throughout solution development, execution, and go-live phases.
• Promote post-go-live adoption and identify opportunities for expansion, renewal, and managed services.
• Act as a thought leader and representative within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Monitor industry trends and raise awareness within the practice and leadership.
• Gain expertise in new Marketing Cloud Next features and create enablement content.
• Bring industry best practices to client engagements and contribute to customer references and case studies.
• Over 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Next, Marketing Cloud Engagement, or Account Engagement.
• More than 5 years of consulting experience at an executive support level.
• Profound understanding of AI-driven marketing capabilities, such as agentic journeys, real-time personalization, and Data Cloud integration.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter capable of excelling in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for customer and sales engagements.
