This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Implement and set up Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its various modules, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
• Lead the initial setup, data integration, and technical validation of the platform, ensuring compliance with brand and business standards.
• Engage in requirements mapping and design the integration architecture, ensuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud aligns with the brand's requirements.
• Design, operationalize, and enhance multichannel customer journeys (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp), utilizing the platform's full capabilities.
• Segment and tailor communications based on behavioral, transactional, demographic, and engagement data.
• Manage automated campaigns, conduct A/B tests, refine communication pathways, and track engagement metrics.
• Perform tests, analyze results, and convert findings into actionable business insights, recommending evidence-based modifications and improvements.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, providing analyses, validations, and ongoing suggestions for the advancement of marketing operations.
• Brief, validate, and approve journeys and communication materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and technical consistency for execution.
• Ensure governance and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform, recommending enhancements, new features, and best practices.
• Work on projects utilizing agile methodology, operating the platform in accordance with the team's rituals and deliverables.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other comparable CRMs (such as HubSpot, RD Station, Insider, Braze, etc.) and marketing automation processes.
