Marketing Campaign Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Implement comprehensive direct mail and email acquisition campaigns across various marketing platforms.

• Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, sales engagement, and premium growth.

• Design and execute email campaigns utilizing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which includes audience segmentation, personalization, HTML modifications, and quality assurance.

• Manage the production and distribution of direct mail, collaborating with vendors to guarantee timely and precise delivery.

• Evaluate campaign performance and offer actionable insights aimed at enhancing audience engagement, response rates, and conversion results.

• Work alongside strategy, analytics, and customer relationship teams to convert performance data into optimization strategies.

• Assist in audience management, segmentation tactics, and campaign targeting efforts.

• Supervise campaign budgets, monitor expenditures, aid in forecasting activities, and pinpoint opportunities to enhance marketing efficiency.

• Engage in A/B testing and test-and-learn initiatives focused on messaging, creative assets, audience targeting, and campaign rhythm.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver top-notch marketing programs and exceptional execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in creating and managing paid display and social campaigns, including proficiency in DV360, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.

• Proven experience in performance marketing with the ability to navigate across various functions within the marketing department.

• Successful track record in vendor management.
