This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert TENEX's technical strengths and evidence into compelling, repeatable global campaigns aimed at security operations professionals, including CISOs and SOC leaders.
• Create and manage an extensive array of materials: launch blogs, primary whitepapers, one-pagers, solution briefs, website content, sales enablement documents, and content for events and seminars.
• Ensure alignment with TENEX's product positioning and messaging framework while contributing to its evolution as the product and market develop.
• Collaborate with product and technical stakeholders to maintain messaging that is accurate, distinct, and ahead of competitors.
• Conceive, develop, and oversee comprehensive campaign content that supports sales enablement, working closely with the Head of Sales Enablement who directs the enablement process and rollout.
• Create assets for sales purposes, such as pitch decks, battlecards, competitive one-pagers, objection-handling guides, talk tracks, and persona briefs, aligned with TENEX's messaging framework.
• Transform launch messaging and new features into clear, repeatable narratives for field sales use.
• Keep enablement content updated as positioning, packaging, and competitive dynamics change.
• Plan and execute campaigns, including content BOM, sales enablement materials, webpage content, social media content, and event messaging to meet pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Develop 2-3 campaigns each quarter, manage the campaign calendar, and coordinate timelines, assets, and cross-functional contributions to ensure launches and programs are delivered on time.
• Establish audience segments and persona-driven journeys as the basis for targeted campaigns.
• Track and evaluate campaign content performance, providing clear reports to senior leadership.
• Embrace a test-and-learn approach, experimenting across channels and messaging to enhance results over time.
• Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools to oversee execution and generate insights.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, demonstrating expertise in both content or product marketing and campaign execution. Experience in cybersecurity or technical B2B is highly preferred.
• Outstanding writing abilities, with a portfolio that demonstrates the capacity to simplify complex technical topics into clear and engaging narratives.
• Proven experience in developing sales enablement materials (decks, battlecards, one-pagers) in collaboration with sales or enablement teams.
• A solid understanding of positioning, messaging frameworks, and buyer journeys, along with the discernment to apply them effectively.
• Practical experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns and assessing their impact on pipeline performance.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
• A proactive individual who excels in a fast-paced, uncertain, build-it-now environment and can manage projects from start to finish.
