This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create, implement, and enhance impactful marketing campaigns that foster lead generation, brand visibility, and demand creation for 1NCE.
• Identify and focus on essential customer segments, ensuring the smooth execution of integrated campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to guarantee campaign alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns targeting lead generation, including email marketing, paid advertisements, events, social media, and content marketing.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring they align with demand generation objectives.
• Propel demand generation initiatives by pinpointing key market segments and refining lead conversion processes.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness, track KPIs, and leverage insights to enhance future campaigns.
• Employ a range of digital marketing strategies to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee the execution of multiple campaigns concurrently, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Develop and manage campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, webinars, whitepapers, banners, and social media content.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in demand generation and campaign management, preferably within B2B technology, SaaS, or IoT sectors.
• Demonstrated success in creating and executing integrated campaigns that yield qualified leads and drive business expansion.
• Strong background in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media, and email marketing.
• Solid understanding of demand generation strategies and management of the lead funnel.
• Expertise in campaign management, project execution, and multi-channel marketing approaches.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with the capability to optimize campaigns for maximum return on investment.
• Exceptional communication abilities (both written and verbal).
• Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects at once.
