Marketing Campaign Coordinator – Digital, POS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with SWE brand & shopper teams as well as the internal content development team to produce top-notch marketing assets.

• Spearhead the creation of high-quality creative content (both video and non-video) that meets market demands and media specifications.

• Provide direction and guidance to the in-house content production team regarding creative assets and allocate the appropriate skill sets needed.

• Manage up to 15 concurrent projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality completion.

• Serve as the primary liaison between SWE brand teams, the in-house content production team, external production agencies, and media partners.

• Present data-informed reports on project performance, highlighting areas for enhancement and actionable recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a project/account manager in creative content production (preferably on the agency side) is essential.

• Strong experience collaborating with Art Directors, Designers, and Creative Teams.

• In-depth understanding of in-house agency business objectives and the development of creative concepts.

• Capability to align creative production with overarching business goals and recognize new growth opportunities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and delivering results.

• Strong team player with the capacity to effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

• Results-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proactive and willing to take charge of critical situations.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Spanish language skills are a significant advantage.
