Marketing & Branding Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee social media content for platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Create, schedule, and enhance posts that reflect company projects and brand messaging.

• Design and format professional corporate documents, which include:

• - Presentations

• - Qualification packages

• - Request for Proposals (RFPs)

• - Training materials

• Ensure brand consistency across all communications and deliverables.

• Collaborate with internal teams and business units to collect project information and marketing inputs.

• Manage photography projects by:

• - Identifying and selecting local photographers near project locations

• - Coordinating scheduling and logistics

• - Overseeing editing and final asset delivery

• - Ensuring appropriate usage of visual assets across marketing channels

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in marketing, branding, or a related field.

• Familiarity with the construction, engineering, or similar industries is preferred.

• Ability to translate technical/project information into clear marketing materials.

• Strong skills in content creation and social media management.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva.

• Excellent written and visual communication abilities.

• Fluency in the English language.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• High attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.

• Experience in supporting proposal development or RFP responses in construction or professional services (Preferred).

• Experience coordinating external vendors (e.g., photographers, designers) (Preferred).
