Marketing Automation Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will provide both strategic and operational support to your B2B clients in the fields of Marketing Automation and Inbound Marketing.

• You will gather requirements from marketing and sales teams for the upcoming ActiveCampaign or HubSpot instance, assist in the implementation of CRM systems and automation workflows, and analyze and enhance existing systems.

• Collaborating with the team, you will advise clients on Inbound Marketing, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and marketing and sales processes, while also managing the hands-on implementation within automation tools (such as forms, landing pages, integrations with other systems, etc.).

• You will identify opportunities for improvement and execute them for clients.

• A completed degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

• A strong interest in ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Inbound Marketing, and Marketing Automation.

• A structured approach to work.

• Project management skills.

• Capability to break down complex topics and present them clearly.

• A hands-on mentality.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in German at a negotiation level (C1/C2).
