We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our vibrant team and spearhead the development of innovative, data-driven campaigns utilizing GoHighLevel or Instantly, along with advanced AI tools.

• You will be tasked with the design and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that yield significant outcomes.

• Your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Mastering GoHighLevel or Instantly to construct and refine high-performing sales funnels.

• Designing and implementing targeted email marketing initiatives.

• Creating and managing automated workflows.

• Integrating with CRMs and various marketing tools.

• Utilizing AI tools (e.g., Jasper, Copy.ai, MidJourney) to boost creativity, efficiency, and personalization.

• Leading multi-channel marketing strategies (email, social media, SMS, etc.) with accuracy and creativity.

• Analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights for optimization.

• Troubleshooting technical challenges within the marketing stack and ensuring smooth platform integrations.

• Keeping abreast of the latest trends and technologies in marketing automation to maintain our competitive edge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with GoHighLevel or Instantly—this is essential.

• A strong grasp of marketing automation principles and best practices.

• Practical experience with AI tools and their application in marketing.

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, CRM systems, and related technologies.

• Exceptional technical capabilities, including software integration and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• The capacity to stay organized while managing multiple projects efficiently.

• Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with other marketing automation platforms such as ActiveCampaign or Zapier.

• Expertise in API integration.
