Marketing Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and enhance GoHighLevel automations and workflows.

• Deploy AI-driven automation systems to enhance marketing and operational effectiveness.

• Rigorously test all automations to guarantee accuracy, performance, and error-free deployment.

• Create and sustain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation.

• Collaborate with internal teams and engage directly with clients as needed.

• Ensure consistent responsiveness and clear communication throughout all projects.

• Continuously refine systems for increased scalability, efficiency, and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must-Have:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

• Availability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (strict requirement).

• Strong attention to detail and a robust quality control mindset.

• Experience in documenting workflows and creating SOPs.

• Capability to handle multiple automation projects concurrently.

• Nice-to-Have:

• Background in a marketing agency environment.

• Familiarity with automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat).

• Knowledge of paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads).

• Proficiency in the Spanish language.
