This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Develop, oversee, and enhance automation workflows, which include lead nurturing sequences, lifecycle stage transitions, and internal notifications.
• Review, inherit, and refine existing client workflow configurations — pinpointing gaps, redundancies, or outdated processes and implementing enhancements without interrupting active campaigns.
• Direct the onboarding process for new clients, which encompasses initial HubSpot portal setup, workflow design, and contact database configuration.
• Establish enrollment triggers, branching logic, and workflow actions to facilitate marketing and sales operations.
• Diagnose workflow errors and issues related to contact enrollment.
• Administer contact records, including imports, segmentation, list creation, and ongoing database maintenance.
• Create both active and static lists based on behavioral, demographic, and lifecycle criteria.
• Ensure data integrity through deduplication, standardization of fields, and routine audits.
• Manage contact properties and custom fields to fulfill segmentation and reporting requirements.
• Design, schedule, and send marketing emails, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and one-off messages.
• Construct and test email templates using the HubSpot drag-and-drop email editor.
• Monitor deliverability rates, open rates, click-through rates, and unsubscribes; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure all email communications adhere to CAN-SPAM and GDPR regulations.
• Aid in the management of deal pipelines and lifecycle stages within HubSpot CRM.
• Support sales and marketing teams with pipeline visibility, reporting, and contact-to-deal associations.
• Set up deal-based workflows and task automation to enhance sales enablement.
• Generate reports and dashboards for pipeline analysis to assist leadership reviews.
• Manage campaigns, lists, and automation in SharpSpring, including lead scoring, lifecycle rules, and visual workflow creation.
• Develop and implement email campaigns through Emma (Marigold Emma), which includes list management, template creation, and performance analytics.
• Modify workflows and campaign tactics to suit platform-specific features and constraints.
• Ensure data consistency across platforms when contacts or campaigns involve multiple tools.
• Stay updated on platform enhancements, new features, and best practices for all utilized tools.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM, focusing on workflow automation and email marketing.
• Active HubSpot certifications are mandatory — at least HubSpot Marketing Hub Certification and HubSpot CRM Certification; additional HubSpot certifications are advantageous.
• Proven experience with at least one other marketing automation or email platform (SharpSpring/Constant Contact, Emma/Marigold, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Pardot, Marketo, or similar).
• Demonstrated capability to work within existing client or account setups — comfortable adopting established workflows, naming conventions, and configurations, and enhancing them without disruption.
• Experience in leading new account setups from the ground up, including portal configuration, workflow architecture, contact database structure, and initial campaign development.
• Strong comprehension of contact lifecycle stages, segmentation strategies, and best practices in list management.
• Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, A/B testing, personalization, and compliance.
• Familiarity with CRM pipeline management concepts and the alignment between sales and marketing.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and platforms concurrently.
• This role is for an independent contractor.
