This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and manage scalable lifecycle journeys that enhance conversion, speed, retention, growth, and cross-selling effectiveness.
• Implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing initiatives from acquisition to advocacy.
• Create and refine campaigns primarily utilizing Marketo.
• Oversee campaign setup, segmentation, scheduling, quality assurance testing, tagging, and deployment for one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns.
• Assist in the creation of personalized and intricate campaign builds.
• Formulate and implement lifecycle programs focusing on acquisition, nurturing, conversion, onboarding, retention, and expansion.
• Convert business and campaign requirements into scalable lifecycle programs.
• Ensure precise tracking of lifecycle and campaign metrics across interconnected Salesforce instances.
• Develop and sustain scalable, maintainable journeys that respect platform and data limitations.
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, journey performance issues, and delivery failures.
• Recognize execution risks and escalate suggested solutions.
• Collaborate with teams from Growth, Digital, Customer Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product, Lifecycle Marketing, as well as with copywriters, designers, and analysts.
• Provide insights on feasibility, timelines, and execution strategies during campaign planning.
• Balance speed, quality, and scalability in the delivery of campaigns.
• 4–6+ years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or CRM-related positions.
• Practical experience in building and managing campaigns within Marketo & HubSpot (or similar platforms like Eloqua, Pardot, or Customer.io).
• Strong comprehension of segmentation, triggers, personalization, and automated journeys.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and CRM–MAP integrations that support personalization and closed-loop reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with a robust QA mindset.
• Capability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
