This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Execute a realistic professional task within your primary area of expertise.

• Utilize source files and instructions provided for the assignment.

• Deliver a complete, professional-quality output using sound judgment and established working methods.

• Approach the task as if in a genuine business environment.

• Independently complete the assignment within the specified turnaround time.

• Review five distinct outputs generated for the same task.

• Rank each of the five outputs from 1 to 5, ensuring there are no ties.

• Assign a numerical score ranging from 0 to 100 for each output.

• Assess accuracy, completeness, usefulness, reasoning, and overall professional quality.

• Identify significant differences between the stronger and weaker submissions.

• Provide clear rationales to support each ranking and score.

• Reference specific sections or elements of the reviewed work as evidence.

• Explain key strengths, errors, omissions, and weaknesses.

• Employ seasoned professional judgment instead of generic evaluation criteria.

• Offer structured feedback on the assigned task.

• Comment on the realism, clarity, difficulty, and professional relevance of the task.

• Provide insights on the evaluation process and the overall study design.

• Point out ambiguities or issues that significantly impact professional judgment.

• Share observations based on current or recent industry practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience in at least one of the four target domains.

• Current or recent professional experience in the relevant field.

• Strong practical understanding of how high-quality professional work is created and assessed.

• Ability to identify substantial quality differences across various work products.

• Excellent analytical judgment and attention to detail.

• Capability to write clear, specific, evidence-based rationales.

• Comfortable working independently while meeting a short turnaround requirement.

• Dependable and able to fulfill all necessary components of the study.

• An NDA must be signed before project materials are distributed.

• The use of LLMs or other AI tools is prohibited during the study, including task completion, ranking, scoring, and rationale writing.

• Candidates who have previously participated in Project Alchemy in any role or accessed its source-world data are ineligible for this study.

• Work must be completed without utilizing any confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party.
