This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take full ownership of the end-to-end execution of global campaigns across email, paid search, webinars, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Execute the email development process, which includes building, quality assurance, deployment, and localization via the Marketing Automation Platform.
• Create and maintain the campaign infrastructure, workflows, templates, and processes.
• Coordinate email localization efforts with EMEA reviewers and translation partners.
• Monitor engagement metrics, deliverability, and pipeline contributions to enable data-driven improvements.
• Enhance campaigns through A/B testing, performance analysis, and insights to boost engagement, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Implement AI-aware patterns and automation in email workflows.
• Collaborate with GTM Engineering to eliminate manual processes and assist in transitioning the technology stack to an AI-native framework.
• Relay deliverability and list quality concerns to stakeholders who may not be analytical.
• Oversee GDPR compliance, opt-in and unsubscribe processes, and database hygiene tasks.
• Achieve success metrics including send velocity, timely delivery, deliverability, customer satisfaction (CSAT), engagement, and project cycle time.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or marketing operations.
• Practical experience with a leading marketing automation platform, including skills in segmentation, smart campaigns, dynamic content, and deliverability mechanics.
• A strong interest in automation and AI tools, with a willingness to learn Clay, n8n, and LLM-assisted workflows.
• Experience in supporting Product Marketing, Product, and event teams under tight deadlines.
• A practical approach to localization, understanding regional differences, and managing multi-language email sends.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for measuring and enhancing the email channel.
• Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent coordination skills across various functions.
• Familiarity with GDPR and email compliance regulations is preferred.
