Marketing Automation Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and launch compelling marketing campaigns, encompassing emails, landing pages, and automated customer journeys.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights and suggestions to enhance outcomes.

• Execute A/B testing to refine campaign efficiency and boost customer engagement.

• Partner with stakeholders across the Navitas group to provide top-notch marketing initiatives and assist with campaign requests.

• Lead nurturing and marketing automation efforts across diverse channels to ensure seamless customer experiences and enhance conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and managing customer journeys.

• Profound understanding of inbound marketing principles and best practices in email marketing.

• Proven experience in creating and optimizing email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.

• Analytical thinker with the capability to interpret data, extract insights, and offer data-driven recommendations.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.

• Practical experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

• Self-driven, proactive, and adept at functioning in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen focus on ongoing improvement and campaign outcomes.

• Demonstrated capability to juggle multiple priorities and produce high-quality work within strict deadlines.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Preferred experience in the higher education sector or personal experience studying abroad.

• Proven background in executing results-oriented B2C and B2B demand generation and digital marketing campaigns.

• Certifications in Inbound Marketing, Marketing Automation, or related fields.

• Experience with Salesforce and/or marketing automation platforms.
