This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and handle the initiation, assignment, and resolution of tickets based on priority and criticality;

• Management and operations of HubSpot;

• Administer HubSpot, including Marketing Hub and CRM;

• Create and oversee workflows, smart lists, and automations;

• Establish and maintain lead scoring and qualification criteria (MQL/SQL);

• Ensure the organization, segmentation, and governance of the database;

• Automate the customer journey;

• Develop nurturing flows tailored by profile, segment, and funnel stage;

• Create automated journeys for acquisition, consideration, and decision stages;

• Personalize communications based on user behavior and data;

• Focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO);

• Enhance conversion rates on landing pages, forms, and emails;

• Conduct A/B testing on campaigns, flows, and pages;

• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and suggest improvements;

• Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to SDRs;

• Modify flows based on feedback received from the sales team;

• Assist in defining SLAs and cross-functional processes;

• Track KPIs such as conversion rate, CPL, CAC, and ROI;

• Develop dashboards and performance reports;

• Ensure campaign traceability through UTMs, events, and integrations;

• Generate insights for ongoing optimization;

• Integrate HubSpot with the website, media tools, and other platforms;

• Configure forms, landing pages, and tracking mechanisms;

• Assist with the technical setup of campaigns and data.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot (required);

• Background in marketing automation and CRM;

• Understanding of inbound marketing and the sales funnel;

• Experience in creating flows, segmentations, and lead scoring;

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and integrations;

• Experience in B2B or technology companies (a plus);

• HubSpot certifications (a plus);

• Knowledge of RevOps or Growth Ops (a plus).
