This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Manage the operational framework of the Startup Program. Take ownership of application triage and review, credit issuance, partner UTM tracking, and CRM maintenance across HubSpot and Airtable, ensuring the program scales efficiently while allowing our lead to concentrate on strategy.
• Develop and oversee the SF founder engine. Identify and curate guest lists of exceptional founders, handle venues, invitations, RSVPs, and logistics from start to finish, and ensure flawless execution on the day of the event so that every gathering feels seamless and valuable to a founder's time.
• Facilitate light event marketing and promotion. Design invitations, create event landing pages, follow-up sequences, and post-event nurturing that resonate with both founders and developers.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations to engage founders on a large scale and guarantee that the content, discussions, and programming resonate authentically with a technical audience.
• Expand Render's presence within the SF ecosystem. Build and sustain relationships with founders, operators, accelerators, and VC platform teams, becoming a pivotal connection in the community we are cultivating.
• Close the loop on impact. Monitor attendance, attribution, and conversion from events to programs to customers, enabling us to identify which gatherings yield the best builders and to focus our efforts accordingly.
• 4-6 years of experience in a combination of sales, partnerships, marketing, program or operations management, recruiting/talent, or developer relations. This role is not suited for recent graduates, but it offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance in marketing, partnerships, and growth.
• Strong connections within the SF startup ecosystem. You are genuinely sociable, a natural connector, and can easily make warm introductions.
• Proficient understanding of the venture landscape and a genuine insight into the AI transformation that is revolutionizing how startups are built.
• An instinctive understanding of how developers adopt tools. You are aware of the technologies that technical teams consider, and you know that developers dislike being marketed to. Previous marketing experience with developers is not required, but a grasp of the landscape is essential.
• High agency and exceptional organizational skills. You proactively identify problems before they arise, are comfortable managing logistics from invitations to follow-ups, and thrive in collaborative environments.
• Reside in San Francisco, including availability for evening events.
• 4 weeks of paid vacation.
• 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also collaborate with you to create a supportive plan for your return.
• Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
• 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are also available.
• Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
• Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
• Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, along with home office stipends for remote Renders.
• Continuous learning benefits and related support.
