Marketing Associate – Project Operations, Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Plan and disseminate social media content across various active platforms

• Assist in composing and distributing email newsletters

• Aid in light content creation and the repurposing of project images, testimonials, and updates

• Help with event organization and promotion

• Oversee posting schedules and identify content gaps

• Manage client selections and procurement tracking within Buildertrend

• Maintain updated project schedules and daily logs in Buildertrend

• Refresh the Buildertrend client portal with relevant information, documents, and status updates

• Monitor allowances and highlight discrepancies or overages

• Coordinate orders for dumpsters along with delivery and pickup arrangements

• Acquire and monitor permits, including applications and follow-up on their status

• Organize quotes from subcontractors and vendors for comparison and decision-making

• Keep track of outstanding items and proactively follow up

• Act as an operational resource, providing support to the owner across ongoing projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Part-time availability of 15–20 hours per week

• Compensation of up to $6 per hour

• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail

• Excellent written communication abilities

• Capacity to work independently

• Dependable with consistent follow-through

• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content scheduling tools

• Quick learner, especially with new software like Buildertrend

• Preferred experience with Buildertrend

• Background in construction, remodeling, or related trades is preferred

• Previous experience with client selections, procurement tracking, or allowance management is preferred

• Experience in permit coordination and management of vendor/subcontractor quotes is preferred

• General marketing and social media experience is preferred
