Marketing Associate, International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• A proactive individual who is enthusiastic about taking ownership of success while fostering creativity alongside data-driven outcomes, applying sound business judgment to achieve results and flourish in a dynamic environment.

• The Marketing Associate will collaborate across departments to transform concepts and ideas into reality to support our breeder, veterinary, and consumer channels.

• Implementation and enhancement of digital and direct communications aimed at engaging, educating, and retaining pet owners, breeders, and veterinarians through various mediums, including emails, SMS/WhatsApp, social media (both paid and organic), blogs, print materials, and website content creation.

• Develop, manage, and promote engaging and relatable content and campaigns across different channels and mediums to increase the number of loving, responsible pet owners within the Trupanion or PetExpert community.

• Assess the effectiveness, advancement, and influence of International Marketing in relation to key metrics and company objectives.

• Deliver reports on regional performance along with insights and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in building and optimizing MarTech tools, including Content Management Systems or Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Contentful, Iterable, Plausible Analytics).

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with various resources and partners concurrently while maintaining organization and focus.

• Strong background in content creation across different mediums using various tools, such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva.

• Some familiarity with Social Media Management tools.

• Knowledge of project management software like Smartsheet.

• Experience with multiregional and multilingual initiatives.

• Comprehensive understanding of the cultural nuances and distinctions among Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Native proficiency in German is required.

• Preference will be given to candidates fluent in Dutch.
