Marketing Associate, International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• A proactive individual who is enthusiastic about taking ownership of success, while fostering creativity alongside data-driven outcomes, capable of applying sound business judgment to achieve results and excel in a continuously changing environment.

• The Marketing Associate will collaborate across various functions to bring concepts and ideas to fruition in support of our breeder, veterinary, and consumer channels.

• Develop and enhance digital and direct communications that engage, inform, and retain pet owners, breeders, and veterinarians through diverse mediums such as emails, SMS/WhatsApp, social media (both paid and organic), blogs, print materials, and website content creation.

• Create, manage, and promote engaging and relatable content and campaigns across different channels and mediums to grow the community of loving, responsible pet owners within the Trupanion or PetExpert family.

• Assess the effectiveness, progress, and impact of International Marketing in relation to key metrics and company objectives.

• Deliver reports on regional performance alongside insights and recommendations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in building and optimizing MarTech tools, including Content Management Systems or Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., Contentful, Iterable, Plausible Analytics).

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with various resources and partners concurrently while staying organized and focused.

• Strong background in content creation across different mediums utilizing various tools, such as Adobe Illustrator or Canva.

• Some experience with Social Media Management tools.

• Familiarity with project management software like Smartsheet.

• Experience in multiregional and multilingual initiatives.

• In-depth understanding of the cultural nuances and distinctions between Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

• Professional working proficiency in English.

• Native proficiency in German is required.

• Candidates with fluency in Dutch will be prioritized.
