Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing marketing strategies that strengthen the luxury brand image

• Develop content for social media, email marketing, website updates, blogs, and promotional materials

• Uphold brand voice, visual standards, and a high-quality customer experience across all communications

• Organize the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets

• Initiate and oversee digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and paid advertising platforms

• Create and schedule email newsletters and promotional initiatives

• Aid in updating website content, creating landing pages, and developing promotional materials

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and pinpoint opportunities for optimization

• Generate, schedule, and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook

• Capture and edit photographs and short-form videos

• Observe social media channels and engage with comments and messages

• Assist in lead generation, maintaining marketing databases, CRM records, influencer partnerships, and events

• Collect customer stories, testimonials, and user-generated content with showroom teams

• Monitor and report on email performance, social engagement, website traffic, and campaign outcomes

• Prepare marketing reports and presentations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist the Director of Marketing with special projects and daily operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or social media; internship experience is welcome

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices

• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools

• Basic understanding of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or Mailchimp and Google Analytics is advantageous

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Creative mindset with an appreciation for luxury branding, fashion, or premium consumer experiences
