This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Assist in transforming product features and releases into concise, outcome-driven narratives tailored for various audiences.
• Generate user-friendly content, including how-to guides, one-pagers, release notes, and quick-reference materials for new features and workflows.
• Create and sustain a repository of educational resources, such as videos, demos, and written guides aimed at key user groups.
• Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to design and support campaigns that enhance awareness, engagement, and product adoption.
• Aid in the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new feature launches, coordinating timelines and deliverables across different teams.
• Develop sales enablement resources, including pitch decks, battlecards, and competitive one-pagers, to assist internal teams in conveying product value.
• Participate in campaign execution across various channels, such as email, in-app notifications, and content, gaining hands-on experience with the complete campaign lifecycle.
• Track user inquiries and feedback to pinpoint content gaps and guide messaging priorities over time.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, content marketing, customer success, demand generation, or a related role within a B2B technology company.
• Outstanding written communication abilities with a knack for distilling complex information into clear and engaging narratives.
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis, reviewing metrics, and deriving insights from various datasets to shape campaigns and evaluate performance.
• Inquisitive nature: enthusiastic about learning the product and grasping its value for diverse customer segments and users.
• Strong project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and independently resolves challenges—identifying what needs to be done and executing it without waiting for direction.
• Naturally collaborative, with a proven history of effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Sincerely interested in technology—quick to learn new platforms, willing to experiment, and actively seeking ways for AI and marketing tools to enhance team efficiency.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or healthtech setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with the HME/DME or healthcare ordering sectors, including insight into clinician, supplier, and patient workflows, is preferred but not required.
• Practical experience with any of the following is advantageous:
• Design tools like Figma and Gamma for creating visual content and collaborating on marketing materials.
• Customer communication and marketing automation platforms such as Customer.io and HubSpot for lifecycle messaging and campaign implementation.
• AI-driven tools like Claude, Gemini, or OpenAI for enhancing content creation and workflow automation.
