This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist Loadsmart in establishing its presence in the Latin American market by integrating sales, marketing, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Generate qualified business opportunities.
• Tailor marketing strategies to local markets.
• Serve as a liaison between U.S. teams and LATAM’s relationship-focused logistics environment.
• Develop and oversee a prospect pipeline through direct outreach, LinkedIn interactions, and regional events.
• Identify and map key decision-makers within mid-market shippers, 3PLs, and logistics technology firms.
• Conduct exploratory conversations and qualify prospects based on their challenges and buying signals.
• Create localized assets such as one-pagers, introductory presentations, and customer success stories.
• Support industry events and conferences by enhancing lead generation and brand visibility.
• Provide competitive intelligence, customer insights, and market analysis to refine the go-to-market strategy.
• Maintain precise CRM records, monitor pipeline health, and deliver weekly reports on opportunity status.
• Evaluate the impact of events and relationship-building efforts to guide leadership decisions.
• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing positions.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, conduct exploratory discussions, and engage in relationship-based selling.
• Capability to work independently in a developing market while collaborating with U.S.-based teams.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% across LATAM for events and client meetings.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred).
