Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and implement email marketing initiatives and associated content.

• Develop, plan, and oversee social media content.

• Conduct marketing lead research and qualify leads.

• Ensure the quality and cleanliness of the marketing database.

• Supervise website updates and publish blog posts.

• Direct inbound lead inquiries to the relevant parties and perform data entry into the CRM.

• Collaborate on additional marketing and business development projects as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a comparable Marketing position.

• Proficient in various social media platforms and content scheduling tools.

• Experience in managing CRM data, with a strong preference for Salesforce experience.

• Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Pardot, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulatory sectors is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.

• Self-motivated individual with strong time management and organizational skills.
