Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Become a Marketing Associate at Eleos Health and contribute significantly to enhancing brand awareness, generating leads, and expanding market reach.

• Create and implement agentic workflows utilizing Claude to manage high-volume, repetitive marketing activities.

• Strategize, organize, and execute integrated campaigns encompassing email, webinars, regional events, and partnership initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to facilitate seamless lead transitions and ensure effective campaign follow-up.

• Discover and leverage co-marketing opportunities with various associations and partners.

• Monitor and analyze campaign and program performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of marketing experience with practical exposure to diverse channels.

• Strong skills in project management.

• Experience using marketing automation and CRM systems such as HubSpot and/or Salesforce.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• An AI-first approach with proven experience utilizing tools like Claude.

• Familiarity with behavioral health, home health, hospice, or healthcare software is an advantage.

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and possesses strong analytical skills.
