This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the social media content calendar for Element451 and Enrollify on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other pertinent platforms.

• Develop and schedule content that aligns with brand voice, marketing campaigns, and editorial priorities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to identify content opportunities and address ad-hoc social media requests.

• Perform proactive social media monitoring — engage with relevant discussions, share community content, and identify emerging trends.

• Work alongside designers to create social media visual assets, overseeing briefs and feedback cycles.

• Oversee the Pulse Check series from start to finish: identify and assess guest hosts, manage scheduling, and maintain the episode calendar.

• Assist in sourcing guests for two key shows — In Your Element and Higher Intelligence.

• Act as the main point of contact for creators and guests: manage outreach, logistics, scheduling, and preparation communications.

• Ensure that Enrollify show pages and episode listings on the website are current.

• Compile and distribute the weekly curated content newsletter.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in marketing, content creation, social media, or podcast/media production (internship experience is acceptable).

• Strong organizational abilities — capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

• Exceptional written communication skills — crafting social media copy that feels authentic rather than corporate.

• Familiarity with social media scheduling platforms (HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar tools).

• Comfortable with outreach and managing relationships.

• Interest in higher education is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Self-motivated individual who can work independently in a remote setting.
