Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms including email, web, social media, events, and additional marketing avenues.

• Aid in the coordination of content publication and distribution, which encompasses blog posts, newsletters, emails, landing pages, social media updates, and campaign materials.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of webinars, virtual events, and in-person gatherings, managing logistics, invitations, follow-ups, and collaboration with internal teams.

• Generate, modify, and proofread marketing content for diverse channels and formats.

• Help oversee the marketing calendar and ensure that projects remain on schedule across multiple workstreams.

• Assist in updating the website and other digital platforms in partnership with the appropriate teams.

• Monitor campaign and channel performance, aid in report preparation, and share insights with the marketing team.

• Conduct market research on target accounts, competitors, content opportunities, and industry trends.

• Provide support for various administrative and operational tasks that help streamline the Marketing Team's effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Law, or a related discipline.

• Initial professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; internships or student work experience are also highly relevant.

• Exceptional organizational skills coupled with keen attention to detail.

• Strong written communication abilities and confidence in crafting and editing content in both German and English.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a high-paced setting.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a willingness to learn.

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets, dashboards, presentations, and reporting tools.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
