Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Implement all marketing initiatives with a hands-on approach.

• Develop and enhance relationships with affiliate partners while also acquiring new partners to expand the affiliate program.

• Evaluate campaign performance to ensure affiliates are providing optimal ROI and manage the affiliate budget, encompassing commission and budget expenditures.

• Supervise all affiliate campaigns to ensure they are maintained with integrity and adhere to our standards.

• Collaborate on integrated campaigns, beginning with strategy formulation, briefing, and advancing to execution and performance measurement.

• Continuously innovate with fresh content, channels, creatives, and other ideas for experimentation, optimization, and growth in acquisition.

• Structure, manage, and expand our community through various local social channels.

• Moderate local forums, social media platforms, and chat groups to engage with the community and enhance positive interactions.

• Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration between the Angels and the Binance team (including Business Development, Marketing, lead collection, market research, data requests, etc.).

• Brainstorm and execute plans and concepts for both online and offline events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.

• A deep passion for working in a start-up setting.

• Over 2 years of experience in launching community initiatives (such as building an online forum, implementing an ambassador program, creating an event series, and managing an email newsletter, along with social media management: Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).

• At least 1 year of experience in organizing online and offline events.

• Proven history of managing and engaging communities through Telegram or similar platforms.

• Understanding of cryptocurrency-related terminology and trends, along with an interest in crypto cultures.

• Ability to work flexible and extended hours to engage with the crypto community as often as possible.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written Indonesian Bahasa at a professional level.

• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English at a professional level.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and excellent time management capabilities.
