Marketing Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance across a diverse array of marketing strategies and revenue enhancement initiatives aligned with go-to-market plans in key sectors, including energy (oil & gas, renewables, power & utilities) and/or food, beverage, and agribusiness.

• Provide writing and marketing support for various marketing strategies and content initiatives.

• Collaborate with supervisors and fellow marketing team members to develop and maintain current marketing materials and other content.

• Adhere to established processes and best practices to facilitate the tracking of marketing return on investment.

• Work alongside colleagues as needed to plan and execute projects effectively.

• Engage in planning, project-specific, and team meetings as required.

• Ensure adherence to firm guidelines and brand standards.

• Continuously enhance industry or service knowledge.

• Collaborate with teams to verify the accuracy of client and prospect lists.

• Assist with lead management activities as necessary.

• Provide support for Salesforce.com when requested.

• Help conduct online research on specific companies, executives, and target lists.

• Utilize internal and external research as needed during project execution.

• Maintain and grow expertise in various marketing areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or a related field.

• At least 6+ months of marketing and/or internship experience.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, from entry-level employees to partners, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Familiarity with marketing tools and techniques.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, business-related social media, and Salesforce.com is advantageous.

• Experience with marketing automation tools is preferred.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple project requests efficiently and in a timely manner.

• Previous experience in professional services or a marketing internship is preferred.
