• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders concerning website enhancements.
• Support SEO initiatives and efforts to optimize content.
• Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements.
• Maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
• Coordinate marketing assets, databases, and digital resources.
• Assist with event marketing, property promotions, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare marketing reports and track key performance indicators.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and best practices within the property and real estate sectors.
• Provide recommendations to enhance marketing effectiveness and audience engagement.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, or marketing coordination position.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Canva and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience supporting businesses in real estate, property, construction, or professional services.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS).
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital advertising.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar design tools.
