Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze placement tracking and pick-up reports (Amazon Music, Apple Music, Brisa, Claro Música, Deezer, Spotify, YouTube Music)

• Oversee daily interactions on social media platforms, encompassing community management, direct message responses, stories, and feed updates

• Coordinate weekly post requests with the Creative Design Team.

• Administer, update, and curate playlists and their covers (Symphonic and Disstopia)

• Organize and publish captions and artwork on social media platforms as required

• Aid in translating organizational content from English to Portuguese

• Produce and edit video content for our social media channels

• Participate in events with the Marketing team to generate new content

• Assist in organizing and supporting on-site events

• Maintain office organization and manage maintenance requests with the WeWork team

• Ensure the Studio is organized and handle maintenance requests for content creation in our spaces

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional office experience

• Proficient in Canva and CapCut (or similar editing software)

• Basic understanding of Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Docs)

• High School Diploma required

• Bilingual in English and Portuguese; proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both languages fluently
