This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and implement social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create and design high-quality presentations, including slide decks and tailored 8.5x11 materials.
• Support video content development, which includes scriptwriting and basic video editing (using AI tools or script books).
• Craft engaging scripts for diverse topics and audiences.
• Revise and update existing presentation materials (e.g., First-Time Homebuyer slide deck for real estate meetings).
• Update and recreate program materials like the “Sell Like Builders” packets, incorporating rate and payment modifications (rebuilding files when originals are not accessible).
• Design open house flyers specific to properties and develop reusable flyer templates with updated details and photos via TotalExpert.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite or TotalExpert to create visually appealing marketing materials.
• Demonstrated experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or TotalExpert (or comparable platforms).
• Excellent skills in presentation design with a strong focus on layout, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience using video editing tools and scriptwriting techniques.
• Capability to handle multiple projects at once and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and flexibility.

• Experience in real estate or mortgage marketing.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation and editing tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
