This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Execute daily marketing activities encompassing content, email, digital, social media, collateral, and campaign implementation.
• Coordinate and provide support for marketing campaigns, which includes managing timelines, briefs, approvals, asset organization, and supplier follow-up.
• Develop and schedule content for newsletters, e-shots, campaigns, product promotions, and customer communications.
• Assist in digital marketing efforts, including updates to the website, creation of landing pages, email campaigns, and publishing online content.
• Support CRM activities such as audience segmentation, coordination of contact data, and basic reporting.
• Utilize Salesforce or collaborate with Salesforce users to aid in campaign execution, lead management, contact oversight, and ensuring marketing data precision.
• Prepare and refresh presentations, one-pagers, promotional materials, customer-facing collateral, and internal marketing documentation.
• Assist with planning and executing events and sponsorships, including logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up actions.
• Support internal communications, culture initiatives, CSR communications, and engagement efforts.
• Compile marketing reports, monitor performance metrics, maintain dashboards or trackers, and assist in gathering insights.
• Manage numerous deadlines to ensure that marketing assets and communications are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain momentum and uphold high execution standards.
• 2–3 years of experience in a marketing, digital marketing, campaign, communications, or marketing executive role.
• Experience in supporting or executing campaigns, content creation, email marketing, digital updates, events, or collateral production.
• Familiarity with managing marketing calendars, asset management, reporting, and coordinating campaigns.
• Some experience with CRM or marketing database tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is highly desirable.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is advantageous, though practical experience is equally valuable.
• Experience within B2B, food, ingredients, manufacturing, or trade marketing is beneficial but not required.
• Broad marketing execution capabilities across content, digital, campaigns, and coordination.
• Strong written communication skills and proficiency in copy drafting.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Confidence in working across teams and with external suppliers.
• Ability to independently handle routine marketing tasks while appropriately escalating issues as needed.
• Good commercial awareness and interest in how marketing contributes to business growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing data processes, ideally with Salesforce.
• A positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to delivering results.
