This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Aid in the creation and scheduling of captivating social media content
• Assist with email marketing workflows and newsletters
• Perform research on trends, competitors, and audience insights
• Develop or assist in the production of marketing materials using tools like Canva
• Oversee posting schedules, community interaction, and direct messaging
• Organize campaigns, launches, and marketing timelines
• Monitor metrics and generate straightforward reports
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing support, social media, or content creation
• Proven experience in supporting email marketing workflows and newsletters
• Background in coordinating marketing campaigns, launches, or timelines
• Proficient in using Canva to design original layouts and brand assets
• Experience in editing short-form social video content (such as Reels)
• Familiarity with major social media platforms for publishing and community management
• Practical experience with email marketing platforms or CRMs (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or similar)
• Direct experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Suite, Sprout/Hootsuite, or similar)
• Professional fluency in written English
• Must be available to work US hours
