Marketing and Sales Consultant – Real Estate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the marketing team, which includes content creation, paid advertising, and digital campaigns.

• Provide direct supervision for paid advertising across various platforms (Meta, Google, Snapchat, and others), focusing on performance analysis and optimization to enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

• Manage and support the sales team, implementing daily and weekly follow-up procedures.

• Develop, activate, and monitor the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and seamless lead flow.

• Set sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while consistently tracking performance.

• Analyze the customer journey, pinpoint gaps in marketing and sales processes, and address them in a timely manner.

• Enhance lead quality and minimize advertising waste.

• Prepare comprehensive periodic reports for senior management, including actionable recommendations and necessary decisions.

• Engage intensively during the initial phases to lay a solid foundation for the marketing and sales systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in real estate marketing and sales.

• Demonstrated experience in managing teams within marketing and sales.

• Strong expertise and practical experience with CRM systems.

• Direct experience in paid advertising and data analysis.

• Operational mindset with a proactive approach to quickly intervene and enhance performance.

• In-depth knowledge of the residential and investment real estate market.
