Marketing and Operations Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee Constant Contact operations, including the setup of events and the creation, distribution, and optimization of EDM campaigns.

• Design marketing materials and social media graphics that align with the brand using Canva.

• Manage WordPress and the partner portal, which involves adding client profiles, overseeing portal access, and updating website content.

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, partner coordination, and operational communications.

• Evaluate workflows, identify obstacles, foresee business needs, and suggest process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant practical experience in building, scheduling, and optimizing campaigns within Constant Contact.

• Strong skills in Canva for creating professional marketing materials that are consistent with brand standards.

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

• Professional demeanor for direct interactions with clients.

• Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.

• Availability to consistently work 10 hours per week during US business hours.

• Previous experience in the Travel & Tourism sector is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of WordPress or general website content management is advantageous.

• Ability to swiftly learn new software platforms through video tutorials and coaching is a plus.
