Marketing and Communications Project Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Support the development of sales and the introduction of new B2B services related to food analysis and quality control, collaborating closely with commercial teams and laboratory managers.

• Oversee operational marketing and communications: manage activities such as the LinkedIn page, create email campaigns, produce sales support materials (flyers, brochures), and consistently update our website, among other tasks.

• Assess the effectiveness of actions taken.

• Coordinate Eurofins' involvement in trade shows (including booth setup, presentations, and communications before, during, and after the event), organize on-site events (Open Days), and facilitate virtual events (client webinars/video conferences).

• Aid in conducting targeted market research, forward-looking surveys, competitive analysis, and the identification of qualified prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a graduate of a food engineering program with fundamental marketing knowledge, or from a business school with an interest in science and/or the agri-food sector.

• Previous experience or interest in the following domains:

• Agri-food Marketing

• Event Planning

• Communications and Social Media

• Proficient with IT tools and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva.
