Marketing and Communications Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee social media platforms: manage the publication calendar, conduct research, create content, foster community engagement, and monitor social media interactions.

• Compose and refine a variety of electronic content including articles, corporate announcements, newsletters, social media updates, web pages, brochures, advertising copy, mass emails, press releases, and more.

• Handle podcast production and editing tasks.

• Draft internal and external communications in both French and English.

• Collaborate with the creative services team and graphic designers to coordinate material needs.

• Assist the team with website content updates and changes through content management systems.

• Organize and participate in internal events.

• Coordinate and engage in activities related to company events.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.

• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related discipline (such as public relations, marketing, etc.).

• Exceptional writing abilities and a strong capacity to synthesize information.

• Proficient in both French and English, with mandatory bilingualism in spoken and written forms.

• Skilled in using the Office suite, content management systems (like WordPress), email platforms, social media, and the digital landscape.

• In-depth understanding of social media, various analytics tools, and applications.

• Familiarity with AI tools for writing and content creation (considered an asset).

• Knowledge of Pardot (Account Engagement) (considered an asset).

• Experience in technology and B2B marketing (considered an asset).
