Marketing and Communications Analyst I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing tactical marketing and communication initiatives in line with the strategies and plans set forth by the department.

• Aid in the creation and updating of various communication materials, including newsletters, graphic assets, presentations, reports, one-pagers, cards, and digital content.

• Contribute to the management of TNC Brazil’s online presence by drafting basic copy for social media and the website, updating existing content, and providing assistance with web pages.

• Support the logistical planning and organization of internal and external events, meetings, campaigns, and institutional activities.

• Maintain and update mailing lists, contact databases, and institutional records, including press contacts.

• Assist in cataloging and organizing the institutional image archive, including photos and videos.

• Gather information and content from various teams to enhance communication materials.

• Facilitate internal communication for the Brazil Program by organizing and distributing information effectively.

• Perform tasks under close supervision, adhering to established procedures and reporting the progress of deliverables to the appropriate leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Marketing, or similar disciplines.

• At least 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, project support, or related positions, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Basic experience in producing, organizing, or reviewing communication materials.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital work tools.

• Strong organizational skills, effective written communication, and a keen attention to detail.

• Basic or developing proficiency in English.
