Marketing Analytics Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive marketing analytics, spanning from paid media to lifecycle journeys, while collaborating directly with leadership in Analytics/ML, Growth, and Product Marketing.

• Lead and expand a small analytics team enhanced by AI, utilizing AI tools to automate reporting, expedite ad-hoc analyses, and enable the team to focus on higher-value experimentation and strategic initiatives.

• Manage our marketing test-and-learn strategy, converting results into actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.

• Collaborate with the Machine Learning (ML) team to advance our MTA, MMM, and incrementality frameworks for assessing performance and brand impact.

• Oversee data and martech vendor partnerships, while assessing new tools and data sources to continuously enhance our product offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or performance marketing.

• At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in attribution modeling and marketing measurement techniques (including incrementality, MMM, or multi-touch attribution).

• Strong SQL skills with experience handling large datasets and modern data warehouse systems.

• Proven ability to enhance CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency.

• Expertise in paid media analytics across various channels (SEM, Paid Social, Affiliates, App).

• Experience in experiment design and interpretation, particularly with A/B testing.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions in a matrixed organization.
