Senior Marketing & Ops Strategy Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Hypothesis generation: Perform comprehensive exploratory analyses and benchmarking to pinpoint growth opportunities. This may encompass process audits, evaluations of tools and technologies, assessment of go-to-market (GTM) strategies, financial analysis, and external benchmarking.

• Project planning and execution: Define, organize, and implement operational initiatives by crafting work plans, collecting and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and formulating actionable recommendations.

• Stakeholder alignment: Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders in marketing and operations, as well as across other functions; ensure alignment on key priorities among this diverse group of stakeholders.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Foster collaboration with cross-functional partners throughout the organization to successfully deliver on projects.

• Storytelling: Compile key insights, recommendations, and action items in a clear, concise, and coherent manner; develop executive-level materials and presentations to secure buy-in and alignment.

• Scaling best practices: Recognize and amplify best practices and innovations, which includes gaining a deep understanding of products, processes, systems/tools, personnel, and strategic direction.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of professional experience, encompassing growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, and/or product strategy within a consumer-focused industry.

• Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex projects, establishing appropriate processes and tools, and achieving results.

• Strong analytical capabilities – skilled at extracting, preparing, and analyzing large datasets to uncover patterns and insights.

• Excellent conceptual problem-solving abilities – adept at deconstructing complex issues in a structured manner and delving beyond initial insights to identify root causes.

• Robust project management and implementation skills – capable of creating detailed work plans, managing cross-functional partners, and guiding complex projects from inception to execution.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-ready presentations.

• A self-motivated individual who is analytical and results-focused.

• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment across various groups and levels, adept at managing change and prioritizing multiple projects.

• Experience in client services such as consulting or banking (preferred).

• Background in the OPM or Higher Education sectors (preferred).
