Marketing Analyst – Partners

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement a schedule of marketing initiatives specifically tailored for the partner channel.

• Develop and promote sales campaigns and incentive programs aimed at motivating partners to create new opportunities.

• Enhance relationships with key partners through organized meetings and collaborative initiatives.

• Formulate and execute marketing strategies that encompass social media, case studies, and both online and offline events.

• Oversee the departmental budget to ensure optimal ROI for all actions taken.

• Track and evaluate the outcomes of each initiative, adjusting strategies based on funnel analytics.

• Conduct the essential development track training for Mplayers and assist in constructing their Personal Development Plans (PDI) through one-on-one sessions with leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in marketing, ideally with a focus on B2B or Channel marketing.

• Strategic mindset for analyzing scenarios and suggesting enhancements and new initiatives.

• Capability to balance both strategic and operational tasks.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with automation tools (such as RD Station) and CRM platforms (such as Salesforce).

• Proactive in managing personal schedules and meeting deadlines.

• Nice to have:

• - Previous experience in Channel Marketing or Partner Ecosystems;

• - Background in the Software (SaaS) sector or B2B organizations;

• - Practical understanding of Growth strategies and the sales funnel;

• - Knowledge of the Industry and Distribution markets relevant to our personas.
