This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Comprehensive Logistical Management: Oversee the planning, production, and execution of significant in-person events and business immersions throughout the year.
• Manage vendor relations for promotional materials, booth construction, accommodations, venue oversight, and attendee experiences.
• Responsible for meticulously overseeing event and vendor expenditures to ensure maximum cost-efficiency.
• This includes preparing Business Plans and accurately documenting proofs of execution (Proof of Performance) on partner portals.
• Stringent Financial Compliance: Review invoices, demand accurate supplier cost breakdowns, and prevent any discrepancies to secure 100% of anticipated reimbursements and ensure adherence to our administrative/financial team’s guidelines.
• Collaboration with Sales and RevOps: Work closely with our Inbound team and SDRs.
• Ensure management of participant lists, RSVPs, and a smooth transition of contacts gathered at events by D+1, facilitating the prospecting team in applying qualification methods (such as BANT, 3Cs, and 8Cs) effectively.
• Vendor and Deadline Oversight: Obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and contract operational services, working systematically (via Trello and spreadsheets) to prevent deadlines from causing delays.
• Strong previous experience in Field Marketing and organizing B2B corporate events within the technology industry.
• Familiarity with SAP ecosystem processes (or Oracle/similar).
• Understanding of partner fund management (MDF/DF) is a notable technical advantage.
• Highly organized, analytical, and methodical individual (proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for budget management and event KPI analysis).
• Knowledge of complex sales funnels and conversion metrics.
• Ability to differentiate between a visitor and a Qualified Lead to ensure accountability for results within the commercial team.
• Resilience and adaptability to perform under tight deadlines, with full availability for travel.

• Must reside in São Paulo, SP.
• Own vehicle is preferred.
