Marketing Analyst, Ancillary Insurance Benefits

📋 Description

• Execute ancillary RFPs for clients ranging from small to large groups, encompassing both new business and renewals.

• Analyze ancillary benefits to identify modifications, enhancements, and deviations in plan design beyond simple price comparisons.

• Adhere to established best practices and Service Level Agreements to provide timely, high-quality work for broker partners.

• Maintain marketing opportunities within the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Foster relationships with both internal colleagues and external broker and carrier partners.

• Collect carrier underwriting guidelines, plan administration insights, and compliance information.

• Assist in internal processes and support broker education initiatives.

• Implement continuous improvement strategies under the guidance of strategic leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing analyst or carrier underwriting position.

• 1–2 years of pertinent experience.

• A valid life, accident, and health license.

• Knowledge of ancillary products such as dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to organizational changes.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proficient communication skills and capable of cross-functional collaboration.
