This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated accounts
• Ensure clients are kept informed, supported, and confident about the progress of their marketing endeavors
• Collaborate closely with internal specialists and project managers to track account performance
• Clearly communicate results and proactively identify potential risks
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction
• 8–9+ years of experience in digital marketing, account management, client success, or similar client-facing roles
• Prior experience in a digital marketing agency (required)
• Excellent verbal and written English skills with strong professional communication abilities
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple client relationships at the same time
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, website analytics, and conversion tracking
• Capability to analyze campaign performance and convey insights through clear, ROI-focused business storytelling
• Strong skills in meeting facilitation and client presentations
• Experience working within structured workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational processes
• Practical experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar in daily marketing tasks
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on responsiveness and attention to detail
• Ability to proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and escalate them as necessary
• Availability to work in alignment with U.S. Eastern business hours

• Familiarity with HubSpot or Pipedrive
• Experience with ClickUp or other project management systems
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting dashboards
• Knowledge of call tracking platforms such as CallRail
• Experience in presenting marketing performance through ROI/business storytelling
• Background in supporting client retention, referral generation, or churn prevention initiatives
• Compensation: $2,800/monthly (USD)
• Full-time remote position
• 8-hour workdays, totaling approximately 40 hours per week
• Schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern business hours
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM EST
