• Oversee and expand social media profiles across key platforms.

• Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage calendar logistics.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries.
• Address client communications and general correspondence.
• Organize administrative duties and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Aid in daily business operations and workflow management.
• Prior experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comprehensive knowledge of major social media platforms.
• Experience in creating and editing content for social media.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Capability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
• Experience supporting photographers, creatives, agencies, or personal brands (preferred).
• Familiarity with content scheduling and social media management tools (preferred).
• Basic graphic design or content editing skills (preferred).
• Background in appointment booking or administrative support roles (preferred).
• Previous experience working remotely (preferred).
