This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver operational and administrative assistance to Marketing leadership and regional teams.
• Evaluate regional performance and help create programs to tackle performance gaps.
• Aid in market development, loss ratio management, profit enhancement, and productivity initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with Regional Staff and Marketing Managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with Marketing Department goals.
• Identify priority areas and contribute to developing corrective actions and solutions.
• Assist in reporting activities and performance monitoring.
• Support District and Regional Managers as required.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• 1–3 years in a related field (marketing operations, business support, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Excellent communication and administrative abilities.
• A problem-solving approach with the capability to aid in decision-making.
• Basic skills in reporting and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
