Marketing Admin

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns for real estate properties.

• Oversee and manage social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Create, schedule, and publish property listings, promotional content, videos, reels, and stories.

• Collaborate with agents, brokers, photographers, designers, and other stakeholders to collect marketing materials.

• Prepare and update property listings, brochures, presentations, and various marketing materials.

• Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and inquiries, coordinating appropriate responses.

• Maintain records of property listings, marketing activities, leads, and campaign outcomes.

• Organize property photos, videos, floor plans, and other digital assets.

• Track social media performance and compile basic marketing reports and analytics.

• Assist with email marketing, database management, and other digital marketing initiatives.

• Support property launches, open houses, events, and promotional activities.

• Conduct basic market and competitor research.

• Perform general administrative tasks related to marketing and real estate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Personal USB headset equipped with noise cancellation capabilities.

• Functional webcam.

• Computer with a minimum 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB of RAM.

• Primary internet service with a speed of at least 50 Mbps on a cable connection.

• Backup internet service speed of a minimum of 25 Mbps.

• Dual monitor setup.

• Willingness to comply with BIR self-registration and necessary government contributions.

• Ability to work from 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Monday through Friday.

• Independent contractor agreement under Singapore Law.

• Completion of an English proficiency test, personality assessment, video introduction, and a sample voice call.

• Submission of screenshots showing device specifications and internet speeds.

• Submission of photographs of equipment and work setup.
